Sourdough is a traditional approach to making bread products using wild yeasts that naturally leaven, soften grains, reduce glycemic index (a little), improve digestibility, and boost nutritional content. It’s easy to make, good tasting, and you might find that the art is a little, well, addictive. Enjoy!
